Returns 

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be: 

  • New, like-new, or gently used, with only minor signs of use 

  • In the original packaging  

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase 

How to Start a Return 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@stilform.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back. 

Return Shipping 

We offer free returns within 30 days. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@stilform.us, and we will cover the return shipping costs. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item. If approved, you will be notified and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@stilform.us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and return shipping will be covered. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including: 

  • Final sale or clearance items 

  • Gift cards 

  • Personalized or custom products 

Return eligibility will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
