    Not really smooth to write

    Unfortunately, the tip isn't quite firmly seated in the pen. Unlike the graphite tip, it wobbles slightly, which significantly impairs the writing experience at an angle. This is very regrettable, and also a problem that could probably be fixed very easily.

    Tip broke..,

    I never had any issues with the graphite tip, but I started using the eternal tip and it snapped off. The original kickstarter designe had as one solid piece and then switched over to this turns out it was a bad idea because the connection point is small and it makes a tip weak and prone to breaking. Also, I’d like to mention I was never sent my sharpener that I paid for as an add-on with the original Kickstarter for these pencils is it ever going to be produced or sent out if not, please refund my money or give me a credit so I can buy another eternal tip.

    thank you for your message and the open words. We are very sorry that the tip is broken – of course that shouldn't happen. In such cases, you are welcome to contact our support directly as we can help quickly.

    We will be happy to send you a replacement for the tip as soon as it is available again in our warehouse.
    Unfortunately, production of the Spitzer was postponed for quality reasons. Unfortunately, we currently have no information as to when production will resume. We will of course refund you the amount paid for this. Please provide us with your bank details so that we can make the transfer.
    Alternatively, we can also process replacements and refunds via a current order if you would like to order something anyway – please just let us know. support@stilform.com

    Fragility

    I received my Aeon pencil in February, went to write a note and felt the tip missing. Here's a photo taken the next morning. I noticed that there have been other folks making the same observation.

    Be Careful When Using

    Worked great with what little time I had with it. The tip is very sensitive and broke after only getting to use it once. I lightly hit it on a ruler and the writing portion broke from its base. Wish I had more time with it, as it had great potential. Given the price I am not willing to pay for another in hopes it last longer.
